Are your coco mats made from natural materials?
Yes, our classic coco mats are handcrafted from 100% natural coconut husk fibers (coir). This sustainable material is excellent for scraping dirt and moisture off shoes, though we recommend keeping them in a covered area to prolong their lifespan.
How do I clean and maintain my doormat?
For natural coir mats, simply give them a good shake or use a vacuum to remove loose dirt. For rubber or synthetic mats, you can rinse them with a garden hose and mild detergent. Always allow your mats to dry completely before placing them back in use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard, non-customized items in their original condition. Please note that personalized or custom-sized mats are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
